DWED:

First, tell us a little about yourself.

As a little girl I have always had a notebook,
where I could write my dreams and fantasies down. Growing into adulthood I would read other authors work and say to myself that I can do the same thing. At the age of 31 I decided to write my first novel titled “The Caress Of A Younger Man”.
Since then I have written another romance novel titled “Heavenly Kingdom”, which I plan to introduce more plus size heroines into romance novels.
Though out the whole process I have learned that to write a great novel you have to be willing to learn and apply the information. I thank all the authors that
offered me advise and knowledge

DWED: Have you always aspired to
be a published author?

Yes I have, since I was in grade school I have
always dreamed of being the next Danielle Steele.

DWED: Would you say the journey
was easy or hard? Why?

It been a little of both, because the writing part
came easy to me. Once I got to the marketing, is when the hard part came, because some bookstores don't cover Indie Authors.

DWED: Who would you say inspired
you to write?

My moms Doris Wilson and Doris Harris, and my
Mother-in-law Doris Moore. They set the bar for me to follow my dreams and see thing though to the end and.

DWED: Are you a part of a book
club or organization?

I'm a member of the National Association of Women
on the Rise, which empowers women to be the best and not give up on their dreams. I'm also a member of The Raleigh Write to Publish Meet-up Group, and this group help any one that is aspiring to write or have written a novel to make it a reality.

DWED: Let’s delve into your
writing. Can you tell us about your published work?

Smooth As Silk is my third romance novel I have published and it was released February
1, 2013. It's also volume one in my Voluptuously Curvy and Loving It Series, where I introduce a series featuring plus size heroines.

It tells the story of Angela Patterson, who has had a hard life from being put in foster  care at ten years old when her mother was killed and also being
separated from  her only living relative, her older brother. Now Angela is living her life to  the fullest and making a living doing the one thing that
makes her happy and  that's singing. Angela sings at a nightclub called Olivia's, where she is  offered the deal of a life time to boost her singing career with McNeil  Records.

Gary McNeil is the oldest of six children by five minutes. Gary  runs his record label with his twin brother Barry, and their other siblings.  Gary has
always focused on work and his family till he laid eyes on Angela  Patterson across the room in a crowed restaurant and he couldn't stop thinking  about her. Fate steps in when his cousin, Mitch tells him about an amazing  singer at his club and when Gary and his sibling check out this new singer, it  turns out to be his mystery lady from the restaurant.

Will they be able to  keep it strictly business or will the passion building between them bring them  together?

DWED: What
can we look forward to seeing from you throughout 2013?

I will be releasing volume two of the Voluptuously Curvy and Loving It Series called Finding Love Within in June 2013.

DWED: What other avenues are you
using to promote your work and yourself?

I have been doing a lot of interviews on blogs, radio and newspapers. I plan to start doing some book
signings for book clubs and bookstores.

DWED: What would you say to all
aspiring authors like yourself?

To keep an open mind and continue to learn about your craft as a writer. Most importantly never give up, or let nay sayers make you second guess yourself.

DWED: Is there anything we
haven’t covered that you would like your readers and potential readers to know
about both your work and yourself?

I want my readers to know that I plan to bring new and passionate stories to the romance genre, so be on the look out
for them.

DWED: First, tell us a little about yourself.

Milton: My Name is Milton Kelly and I am an author of three books. My first two inspirational books “Walking In God’s Path Toward Your Destination Volume 1” To Change Your Mindset and “Walking In God’s Path Toward Your Destination Volume 2” Building A Personal Relationship With Him. I recently published my third book “The Real Purpose of Networking.” The most important thing about me is that I am a Christian who loves the Lord.

DWED: Have you always aspired to be a published author?

Milton: Not Always! I didn’t even have plan on being a published author. I didn’t think I could ever be an author because I had thought I wouldn’t be good at it. People had told me that you have a book in you and you need to share your story. I had recently become a published author after dealing with depression in my life. I had thought my life was over but God had a better plan for me by helping me to create a new chapter in my life.

DWED: Would you say the journey was easy or hard? Why?

Milton: The journey wasn’t easy because there were some people didn’t want me to become an author. They had wanted me to grow and tried to keep me down but I was determined to write my book every day regardless how I had felt. I had to push hard with the faith in God to make my journey of writing to become a reality. Reverend James Cleveland had mention in his song “I don’t Feel No Ways Tired” that the road wasn’t going to be easy but I came to far to give up now.

DWED: Who would you say inspired you to write?

Milton: First the Lord had inspired me to write. Georgia Woodbine of GW Network and Andrew Morrison of Small Business Camp both had inspired and encourage me to write my book.

DWED: Are you a part of a book club or organization?

Milton: I am part of Amazon Book Club, Amazon Author Central, Author Connections and Black Authors Connect. I also belong to EBook Publishing Group on Facebook.

DWED: Let’s delve into your writing. Can you tell us about your published work?

Milton: My book “Walking In God’s Path Toward Your Destination Volume 1” To Change Your Mindset and “Walking In God’s Path Toward Your Destination Volume 2” Building A Personal Relationship With Him are both Inspirational books. These Inspirational books will help you to have a healthy spiritual walk with God and have a personal relationship with God. For you to have a personal relationship with Him you must first get to know God for yourself. Also this book will help you to change your attitude about life.

In my new book “The Real Purpose of Networking”  I am showing my reading the importance of networking. A lot of people don’t know what their purpose of networking. In today’s world you need to network to establish opportunity in the business world and in the job market. This book will help individuals with the understanding of the process to have a successful networking experience.

DWED: What can we look forward to seeing from you throughout 2013?

Milton: In 2013 I am going to be publishing several books. I am also going to start my own publishing company. I want to give back to the community by sharing resources about how they can write their own books if they put their mind to. I also want to start to have a book fair for independent authors.

DWED: What other avenues are you using to promote your work and yourself?

Milton: I am using social media like Facebook, Linkedin, Google Plus and others. I am writing blogs daily to promote my books. I am volunteer my time by writing article for newsletter and magazine. Also I doing interview on radios and blogs to promote my books. But the best avenues that I had used are word by mouth. I let people that I know about my book daily.

DWED: What would you say to all aspiring authors like yourself?

Milton: To all aspiring author don’t let anyone or any obstacles stop you from writing your story. Everybody have a story to tell. Even when you don’t feel like writing please just keep on writing. Writing is the easy part of creating your book. Get advice from experience author who have success in publishing their books.

DWED: Is there anything we haven’t covered that you would like your readers and potential readers to know about both your work and yourself?

Milton: I want my work and my life to be a blessing in somebody life right now. We need to encourage each other right now because you will never know who are hurting at this moment.

Jill Sanders is a fellow Author who i am delighted to introduce here on DWED. Her Debut Novel is Finding Pride a story about finding ones self after tragedy. She continues on her uplifting penmanship by giving us Discovering Pride.  As we discover her enamoring characters, we also are given a clear picture into how tragedy can leave a defining toll on the mind and heart. Discover a new world of literature by getting your own copy of both titles.

FINDING PRIDE:
Megan Kimble was traveling a long way
to find the next chapter in her life, one that would not include her brother
Matt. Losing him now was tragic, even more so since she had finally freed
herself from the abuse and the shame of a bad marriage. She'd spent years hiding
things from Matt, so he wouldn't know about her horrible life. Keeping her
secret world of bruises, cuts, and broken bones, much like the one she now
sported with a large white cast.

Dealing with her loss was hard, but,
now she was thinking of taking over Matt's new business venture. This could be
the fresh start she needed, a new town, a new place to forget the pain and maybe
she could learn to trust again.

Todd Jordan was a successful
businessman, who had once lost it all, and now he'd just lost his best friend
and business partner. But, then she came into town broken and scared, and for
the first time in a long time he was looking forward to his future. Breaking
down Megan's barriers would take patience and strength, and he would need that
strength to keep what he loves safe.

Picture

DISCOVERING PRIDE:
Lacey Jordan was a woman who knew what
she wanted…
and she wanted nothing to do with the new doctor in town. He had the

perfect smile, perfectly tan muscles and a way with people. Her people. This was

her town, her family, her life, and he’d come in and shaken everything up,

including her heart.

Aaron was running away from a hard

breakup where more then just his heart had been broken. At this point all he

wanted to do was take over his grandfather’s medical practice, and work on
his
new house, turning it into the first place he could call home. He liked
the town
of Pride, in fact he’d spent the only good parts of his childhood
here. What he
hadn’t expected was to bump into a fairy goddess. Bumping
hard enough to get a
concussion and have his heart mended at the same
time.

Then, the town gets a visit that will
change their lives
forever, if they can survive.

About the Author:
 J. L. Ficks was born in Chicago, IL in 1978. He was always a dreamy-eyed boy with his head stuck up in the clouds. He was raised in the windy city where he met his best friend and future co-author, J. E. Dugue. J. E. and he spent many fun-filled afternoons adventuring through empty construction sites, small suburban forest preserves and simply imaging together. J. L. and J. E. first dreamed up the monstrously large fantasy world of Covent while they were in high school.

J. L. Ficks graduated from college with a degree in English Studies and developed an even more feverish passion for writing. He worked as a freelance writer and ghost writer for 6 years until he finally decided he didn’t like writing other “peoples’ stuff.” J. L. Ficks trained to become a Catastrophe Adjuster and has since spent many years settling large insurance claims at major storm events all over the U. S. The increased perspective of helping in the rebuilding process of countless storms has matured him and granted him further depth which he has poured into the world of Covent. Not to mention he’s gotten very good at climbing rooftops and he likes to joke that in his off duty time he spends his days writing on rooftops…

Our Titles:
We have been introducing a new fantasy series called the Chronicles of Covent. It includes tales of multiple heroes and villains from our world. Covent, pronounced co-vent, sorry it sounds much better if you get it right, is one of the largest fantasy worlds ever created. We have over hundreds of characters, over fifty races, sixteen unique human nationalities and over twenty nations. So far we have released 2 books, Waiting Game and Kingsblood, revolving around a Dark Elven assassin named Shade. We will be releasing stories about other characters within the next few years including a series about the Elf Wars and miscellaneous adventure tales.

I hope to put out our next novel, The Last Field of Honor, which is the first tale of the Elf Wars trilogy by early next year. Please be gracious with this deadline since my wife and I are expecting another baby, and I promised her I wouldn’t let the book project get in the way. All tales we’re writing now are building to a grander tale we call the Triloriad, which we hope to be our crowning achievement.

Our Website
We are very proud of our website at the ChroniclesofCovent.com. Our website is VERY detailed and includes character, race, faction, creature and place descriptions. We have had a lot of artwork donated to the project by generous artists. And don’t miss our interactive map explorer that puts the main continent of Sylvane right at your fingertips! The release of every new book will update new character, race, faction, creature and place descriptions, so the website will be constantly growing alongside our world. Come visit us soon!

Synopsis:  The mass consciousness is at a point where it knows there has to a better way.  People may not know what it is but they are beginning to open up to the possibility they can learn what this better way is.  Being in the Realm of the Secrets that Ms. Doolin relates, is being where you want to be by knowing you are already there but just temporarily forgot until someone who loves you, shows you the way.  There are numerous authors helping our brothers and sisters get clear with their intention, and helping them to get clear with changing their thoughts and changing their perception about themselves and their lives.  Once our community of family gets it, families will no longer choose to be or live in a fear.  Kids will be happier, kinder, more loving because parents will learn how to support self-esteem in their children, confidence building by positive words, actions and deeds.  It only takes one person at a time to get it and share it with others, through love.

Secrets that seem to be secrets to the public are revealed in Daya Devi-Doolin's book for the well being of everyone, so they won't give up and loose sight of their dreams, desires, purpose and goals.  Author Daya Devi-Doolin is encouraging her readers to keep on and to not give up before they take their next step forward that may very well be the last necessary one through the doorway of IT for them.

The formulae shared in her book are basic Universal laws but not generally taught or known.  Mrs. Doolin shares these with the intent to propel people to the fulfillment of their dreams quickly, easily and basically effortlessly with faith and how to direct their feelings to the fulfillment of their dreams.

This book highlights some of the experiences in her life, to show the reader how  life can be enhanced as well by getting to the bottom of how the Laws of the Universe works.

There are many paths one can take in life but eventually, they will only lead you to the place, The Only Way Out Is In: The Secrets of the 14 Realms to Love, Happiness and Success, mentions, where you will find peace, happiness, abundance and love.

This book presents the principles that are universal and cannot be claimed by anyone person as theirs.  But you can claim the qualities for yourself and become these qualities totally and completely.  This book helps the seeker to transform her life today.  It shows and guides the reader how the Law of Being, sometimes called the Law of Attraction has worked in my life and how she can have it work more consciously for herself too.  It gives directions on how to Be in the various realms and qualities of substance, thereby changing one’s life by changing their perception of whom and where they think they are.

This book works on its own merit of vibration with intention of vibrating at the needed frequency of assisting one in going within and living his or her Truth.

"Dear Daya,

I wanted to take the time to tell you my story. As I said in my brief message the other morning, once I started reading "The Only Way Out is IN", I couldn't put it down. Amazingly each time I pick it up and read something just at random I seem to magically find more there. Now I understand more about how Spirit moves you.
About three weeks after my surgery I developed hives. I increased my antihistamines since I seemed to have these allergic reactions up to four or five long periods a year now. They didn't go away. I manipulated my diet etc and went crazy trying to figure out what it was. I was referred by my Doctor to an Allergist who then matter of factly told me it wasn't allergies. I was stunned. We tested for autoimmune diseases and sent blood samples for allergies just to make sure we weren't missing anything and all the while increased and added meds until we had to resort to adding steroids which made me miserable to say the least. I tried reducing the meds after the course of steroids only to be frustrated once again by hives. I felt like a zombie and a crazy woman since there was no clear diagnosis and not intention by my Doctors to pursue it further other than to offer more meds and the next step was immunosuppressants. Which I knew I could NOT possibly take and work in an ER. I finally sat down and gathered my thoughts and made a decision.

Nothing in western medicine had really worked and I didn't feel comfortable taking that many meds for such a prolonged period. I racked my brains for a solution and instead found one in my heart and soul. I decided to stop the meds, use energy and vibrational healing such as Reiki and sound healing (binaural beats and tuning forks) as well as get back to my roots so to speak and asked Holy Spirit to move through me and take this on. I found I couldn't control it. The more I tried the worse it was for me.

About this time was when I picked up your book, "The Only Way OUt is IN", and it affirmed for me that I had made the right decision. It also helped me make a life decision: I had planned to certify as a Professional Organizer. I remembered through my soul searching that I always said that if I could do anything, I would take those women that are in bad points in their lives and help them "get" a better life. Through you I found, "A Course in Miracles" and it felt right to me. I also found coursework that I can complete mostly at home for Ministerial Training and Counseling.  When I decide to take on a new project I usually feel jittery and "stressed". This feels right and it's a calm peace that had come over me. I noticed that you are involved in Unity Church and for whatever reason I searched for Unity Church in Billings. The first program series I clicked on is a series of talks about the similarities between Dalai Lama and the founder of this Unity Church. Perhaps its an olive branch...
By the way, I haven't had any hives from the moment I picked up your book and no one in western medicine can explain it. :-)
Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences, your insight, faith, and spirit.  It made the difference in a life.

With compassion always,

Miriam, Billings, MT"

Every morning I am reading this book I am truly inspired by it. I have read many inspirational books and I have to put this one at the top of my list. Recently I have been operated on for breast cancer and although I have been healed from the cancer I have a lot of anger I have had to deal with believing the cause was from the wrong doing of others to me, but because of your book I am learning to have a whole new perception of my life and how I deal with others. I am truly grateful Daya for your sharing and giving to the world a wonderful insight of how to love and healing of ourselves. I will be reading your book many times over.
